Are the cartridges for Dell 3000CN/3100CN same as those for Epson
C1100/CX11NF/CX11N?
If so, buying the ones for Dell is a lot cheaper.

While the carts are pretty much identical I can tell you that Dell
carts are physically different enough to insure that the 3100cn carts
(rated at 4000 pgs) will NOT fit or work in the 3000cn, forcing you to
use their 'half filled' carts in that printer. No idea which will fit
in the Epson versions of these printers, obviously you should only be
interested in the much cheaper (per page) 3100 carts...

Identical cartridge except the location of the "notch". I was thinking
cutting off the notch and stick another one in the right position to
try but I have not gotten to that yet.

I trust that will work and that will save you 50% money.
