Carpet Steam Cleaning, There are many varied methods of steam cleaning
your carpets. The correct term for steam cleaning of carpets and
upholstery is in fact "hot water extraction". We will refer to it as
steam cleaning as it most commonly known. The most common form of
steam cleaning is a 1 stage process, where a cleaner will bring to
your home a portable machine, similar to the machine that you can rent
from the local supermarket or hardware store. This steam cleaning
machine is filled with water and detergent and your carpet is cleaned
without any prespray or agitation. This "splash and dash" method
cleans your carpet without a rinse process and unfortunately leaves
detergent residue in your carpet which will promote rapid resoiling.
This steam cleaning method is over 20 years old and is not the
preferred method by most carpet cleaners today, but unfortunately is
still being used by a lot of bait and switch operators. Los Angeles
Carpet Cleaning DOES NOT use a 1 stage steam cleaning process
Rug Cleaning 1/ Cleaning of rugs at your premises the same way as
carpet cleaning. Steam or Dry cleaning of rugs at your premises is OK
for a freshen up only. If we bring your rugs to our factory we can
perform a more thorough clean. Delicate rugs such as silk and hand
woven or antique rugs are not recommended for cleaning at your
premises. 2/ Removal off the rug from your premises and hand washed in
our factory. We call to your premises and inspect the rugs for damage
or repairs, transport the rug to our premises and place the rug in a
dust removal machine and the dust and soiling is removed. The rug is
then washed by hand and then placed in a spin drying machine and
finally hung to dry in a drying room for up to 48 hours. This is a
very thorough method and any repairs can be performed in our factory.
Mattress cleaning uses Steam Cleaning and Allergy Relief Treatment to
clean your mattress. Our process is as follows: 1. Pre-spray the
mattress with Anti-Allergen pre-spray. 2. Use the cleaning tool which
uses heat and suction to clean the mattress and apply an Anti-Allergen
rinse. 3. Spray the mattress with Allergy relief treatment. 4. Spray
the mattress with an Anti-Allergen deodoriser The mattress cleaning
system is a total clean and allergy relief system. For more

removal in mattresses; Old yellow and general stains that have been
set in the mattress fabric overtime are difficult to remove. We do
attempt stain removal techniques on all stains, but we do not
guarantee stain removal. Our system will clean, sanitize and apply an

Leather Cleaning provide the ultimate Leather Cleaning Service. Our
service uses a leather cleanser which is applied to remove all soiling
from the surface of the leather hide. We also nourish and protect your
leather sofa. The Leather cleaning process includes the following. 1/
Placing protection sheets on your carpet or flooring before cleaning
commences. 2/ Applying a leather cleaning solution to your leather
sofa. 3/ Agitating the leather especially the arms and head rests. 4/
Removing the soiling from the leather sofa. 5/ Applying a nourishing
cream and re-sealing of leather with highest quality leather
protection.
Spot and Stain Removal Our Policy for Stain removal is as follows:
Normal spotting and stain removal is included in our cleaning price
and our steam cleaning process. If at the completion of cleaning there
are stains that have not been removed in the cleaning process that
require extra treatments such as "Heat transfer methods" or "Spot
dyeing", these procedures will be discussed with you and a quote given
for the removal of these more difficult stains. We will also discuss
with you whether the stain will respond to extra treatment and the
likelihood of the stain being able to be removed, partially removed or
lightened or if the stain is deemed permanent. Stains that require
'heat transfer methods" can take up to 30 minutes per stain. Please
note that some stains that are deemed permanent will not remove with
any treatments. We do not guarantee removal of permanent stains. Often
extra treatments as mentioned above are not required as 85% of spots
and stains are removed in the initial cleaning process.
Pet Stains When our animals have accidents on the carpet and we do not
find the stain until it has set into the fibre, this can sometimes
cause a problem. The treatment described below is a 3 stage process
with a 95% success rate. The stain must be treated with a product that
slowly works on the area between 24 and 48 hours. We leave you with
the product to apply to the area if the stain is not completely
removed after our process is used as below. Our approach to treat
urine stains is a three stage process. 1. Treat the stained area with
cleaning solution. 2. Water and vacuum are used to extract the urine &
cleaning solution. 3. Apply urine treatment and leave 24-48 hours. 4.
Stain has been removed. Urine Odour Treatments. If your carpets /
sofas / hard surfaces etc are suffering from urine odour we have the
solution. After steam cleaning the affected areas we can spray a
neutralizing agent (Duo) on the affected area, which will attack and
destroy odour causing agents. This process is different from general
deodorising as the agent neutralises the offending odour. Note: In the
instance where an animal has continued to urinate in the same carpeted
area where the underlay and floorboards are affected a more in-depth
treatment may be required.
