Two possible ways:
1. Try to look for a newer version of Quicklime at their website:
http://www.quicktime.com/
2. Have a look what happened when the program shut down in event
viewer: click start\run, enter eventvwr.msc into the box, click ok and
have a look in the application folder as well as the system folder if
you get any error messages.
Post back with observations
