Cardex Service Failed - Service Control Manager

Good evening:

I'm having a problem in my PC that is being registed by "Event Viewer" in
this terms:
"The Cardex service failed to start due to the following error:
Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp."
This error had the following Event ID: 7000

This error hapend in my PC since 21 July but I'd never had any type of
problems that can be caused by that. I'd only view this error then I'm
searchig for another problem in the "Event Viewer".
