what card to buy for my HT PC advice please

I am looking to replace a GF2-ti20 VIVO as it does not support what I
want it to do.

I am using this PC to do the following
-listen to MP3's thru the SPDIF output on my MB (ASUS PB800)
-watch DIXV movies thru SVideo out on the video card
-record live programs off my satelite reciever thru a svideo in on the
video card.
-I have a 15" moniter I want attached to the video card.
-I want the ability to play a dvd/mpeg movie thru the svideo out and
still have a windows xp desktop on the 15" monitor.
-I have no interest in FM radio or a tv tuner, as I only have
satelite.
- games are not really that important, I have another system to play
games on.
- trying to keep the cost down
- wireless remote would be cool, but not required

I am thinking about a
ATI AIW8500 128meg for 200 can$ (used)
Hitech radeon9200 128 meg VIVO 130 Can$ (new)
ATI AIW9000 128Meg

any advice is appreciated.
