Carbon Copy to myself

Whenever I address myself, or include my own email address on my email
messages, they are never delivered to my mailbox.
If I send a message to my outlook address from another mail service, the
message comes through fine.
I just want a carbon copy to be delivered to my own inbox whenever I put my
own email address on the cc line.
I think this used to work (maybe it hasn't since I started using Outlook
2007).
Any ideas?
Thanks.

What type of mail server are you using? POP? IMAP? Gmail? Hotmail?
Exchange?

Any web based access to your mailbox (if not hotmail or gmail)? What
happens if you send the mail from there?

Why not just use your Sent Items folder?

You have a client- or server-side rule to delete/move mails that have
your e-mail address in the From header (i.e., the rule doesn't let you
send e-mails from you to yourself). Or you enabled an option to do
the same (BlueBottle, for example, has such an option to avoid having
to define a rule to do it). Or maybe you are using some anti-spam
software not yet mentioned that does the same.

I solved it.

You should put your email address in your "trusted senders list" at
eletronic trash.

best wishes
