Dear Group,

I am wondering if the following scenario is possible.

I have a firewire card installed on a windows 2000 machine.
My windows XP machine which is on the network doesnt have firewire
card.
So I am wondering if it is possible to share the firewire card so that
I can use my windows XP machine to make the movie as I dont have a
movie making software on my windows 2000.

Thanks,
RSR

If you have OfficeXP (with PowerPoint) on the Windows2000 PC, you might want
to use Microsoft Producer.... it kind of does the same thing.

http://www.microsoft.com/office/powerpoint/producer/

Then copy the captured file over to the WindowsXP PC for editing purposes.
Alternatively just purchase a firewire card for the XP PC, they're cheap
enough on EBay!
