Ihave connected my vhs video to my windows media centre using s-video leads
from vcr to pc.Ithen go into mm2 and the capture video,I am immediately
shownthe caption ..the video device is currently in use close any other
application that is using the device and try again,followed by the device
cannot be used at this time because there has been an error when starting the
device.Ihaveclosed everthing as far as i can tell.
what can i do to transfer my video's,why am i getting these error message's

Firstly is the vcr s-video? If not it will not supply the correct signal to
the pc anyhow. What is teh connection in the pc you are using?
