I recently bought a Sony DCR-DVD100 camcorder. It connects to my computer through a USB port. I am able to watch the video in Windows media player, but when I try to edit it in Windows Movie Maker it only recognizes the sound and leaves the video blank. I tried capturing straight from the camcorder by connecting it to the USB port but Windows movie maker will give me a message that it does not detect a video capture device. Also, this camcorder does not work with a firewire port. What am I doing wrong or what do I need to do? Any help would be much appreciated.
