capture video from jvc camcorder

I can not get windows xp to capture video from my jvc
camcorder GR-AX900 what do I need to do to make it work ?
I'm new at this so make it simple , or I will have to take
a whole bottle of focuse factor ....

it depends what kind of camera it is, I dont know the
model, but if it is not a DV camera it probably has RCA
outputs (1 video, 2 audio), in that case you would need a
Dazzle or another similar capture device, which then
connects to your computer, then you would use a video
editing program to capture
