Capture UserName for Log

's Computer Specifications

Hi,
For HIPAA, I need to be able to capture the user's
name to keep a record of who has been accessing what
records. I have tried to use Application.GetOption("User
Name") but it seems to only feed back what I pass in.
I don't really want to build my own sign-on functions
and tables as I have already set up Access security with
an .mdw workgroup file. How does one determine the name
of the user currently using the database?
