We had a case come before the Ohio Supreme Court recently and they have
posted a streaming video of the event. I would like to save a copy of this
for posterity.
What freeware program can I use to do this? Can you give me some
instruction on the best way to set it up? I believe that they are using a
Real Media file and no next to nothing about capturing streaming files.
Thanks in advance,
Carolyn

Net Transport is a pretty good program for media downloads. It is
donationware.

That link seems to be broken. Do you have another link to this program?
Thanks,
Carolyn

From now to April 1 2005, the price with full features is only $24.95
(actual price should be $60.00)

No it isn't:

After registering, you can get all the advanced features, and remove
the nag screen window. Your payment will make Net Transport more
better, thanks!

Features

Item

Price
Registered version (with RN5/NTLM) 25.00
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) +5.00
SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol) +5.00
NAT/ICS/ICF +5.00
FTP Transport +20.00

$25.00 is the minimum cost; if necessary, you may purchase other
advanced features, but you should pay extra fee for very item.

It can be found at http://lycos26486.l97.lycos.com.cn/default.htm. My copy
of v1.85.245 doesn't nag. Also, look at these:

SDP Multimedia <http://sdp.ppona.com>
Real7ime Converter <http://r7cproj.euro.ru/indexe.htm>

These are what I usually use.
