There are a lot of capture settings to choose from (i.e. NTSC, DV-AVI, High
Quality Large, High Quality Small, etc.)

What is the best for purposes of maintaining quality and converting over to
a DVD. DV-AVI is probably the best quality, but I cannot afford this kind
of space. It seems to take up more space than a motion picture. Whats the
best of both worlds?

Thanks

Try the High Quality Video (NTSC).... it'll be about 7 percent the size of
the DV-AVI file.
