How to capture a satellite image?

How can I use the facilities of WinXP SP3 to capture a satellite photo from
Google. If I rightclick on the image, there is no way to save it as an
image.

I can do a print-screen and open it in my word program. Then I can print it
but I cannot crop it in my image editor.

How can I save this satellite image as an editable jpg??

Thanks for any help.

Replace the Windows print screen function with a free screen grab
utility such as Gadwin Print Screen: http://www.gadwin.com/printscreen/

Gadwin is not free ($25).
Clipmagic far extends clipboard management (also not free; $20).
Clipmate far extends clipboard management (free).
All of these have a screen capture utility (capture by window or a
selected area). For ClipMagic (and probably ClipMate), hitting
PrintScreen key copies the screen into the clipboard so these clipboard
managers would have a copy of that clip to manage it there.

Googling will find lots of screen capture products, some free and some
not.

Look before you leap. There are two versions of Gadwin Print Screen, one
of which is freeware. http://www.gadwin.com/download/

I got misled by their first paragraph which says, "Our products are
available for download and evaluation with a 30-day evaluation license."

Do they provide a description of their Freeware version (and not just
their Pro version)? Is there a chart to show what features are missing
in the Freeware version? Is the only difference the inclusion of an
"advanced image editing and annotation utility" in the Pro version?

The image-army knife is Irfanview. Free. Captures screens, edits images,
converts file formats, and all sorts of other stuff.
