CAPTURE FAX BVRP

I recently purchased a computer with Windows XP. It was a
display model and all of the disk seemed to
have "walked". I was in somewhat of a bind and needed a
computer 'right now' so to speak and throught I would be
alright. For the most part I was and am... except I can't
seem to be able to pull up the CAPTURE FAX BVRP printer --
it isn't there. I don't know how to get it. Do I reload
my printer disk or what? Is it in windows somewhere. I
tried to get REMOVE ASSISTANCE to work to you and didn't
seem to know how to reach anyone there either. Could and
would someone walk me though this. I would be ever so
grateful. I am a great grandmother having a senior moment.

I was hoping to be able to allow someone to take my mouse
and guide me through it while I watched, but no such
blessing.

Sincerely respectful with God's blessings,
Barbara Sneed

I guess you get a message like: "put your CD ROM in the driver and click OK". And a predefinied path:"C:\Windows\Driver Cache\I386\"
Just change the path to:"C:\I386\" and click OK
The system should install the driver.
