I am having a problem getting the wizard to reconize my
devices. I have tried every possible thing and now very
frustrated. I have a sony camcorder CCD-TRV68 For some
reason it will not pick up the device. It gives me an
error no matter what I try. I reinstalled MM2 i have
restored my settings from a few days ago. I changed to a
S Video cable. I hooked it in the front of my compt in
the back of my compt. I tried the video jacks also.
Still not picking it up. But it does pick up my Sony
Mavica digital camera.
I read your help page. I am just lost and can not figure
out how to get this to reconize my device and stop giving
me an error.

How are you trying to connect the camera? You need to use
a firewire cable in order for the camera to be recognised
in MM2. I assume you may be trying with a usb cable and
this will not work with video. It'll be fine with your
stills.
