I got rid of all the spaces in my folder
names, but I still have some caps.
All lower case is recommended. What
problems are encountered by not
using all lower case?

Hi
Depends on your server. Windows is not case sensitive, eg
www.you.com/PageOne.htm
is the same as
www.you.com/PAGEONE.htm
but on a *nix server they would be two different pages. Use lower case on
*nix and format how you like on Windows

On linux/unix servers Index.htm and index.htm are two different files so
life gets confusing because *unix sees it that way but Windows doesn't care.
