all programsi just changed to ainspiron 531 with windoes premium home i spoke
to dell >windoes default program but no could se reason any help paul

I have a Dell Laptop that shows a "CAPS LOCK: ON/OFF" popup box when you hit
the caps lock key. Is that what you mean?
I think this function is provided by the "Bluetooth Tray Application"
(BTTray.exe) that's running on my Dell Laptop, because if I quit BTTray.exe,
then the caps lock indicator is gone.
