capitalizing first letter of a word in columns

I need to capitalize the first letter of each work in a roll of 110 columns
and I really don't want to go to them one at a time Is this possible?

You can use the Proper function
In Cell A1 you have "hello world"
in Cell B1 =Proper(A1) will return "Hello World"
