Capitalizing first letter in sentence or email

When typing in Outlook subject bar or in the message outlook is not
capitalizing the first letter of the first word. We are using Outlook 2003
and are not Using Word as the Editor. I have already gone in under
Tools\Options\Spelling\Autocorrect and selcted the Capitalize the First
Letter of Sentences and all the other options here are already checked to.
But it still does not capitlaize the word regardless if it is in the subject
or in the body of the message. Anybody have any thoughts???
