The end user is reporting the following:

MY Computer is gOING NUTS> it keeps going FROM CAPITAL TO UNCAPITAL> Is
this SOMETHING THAT I did OR A WRONG BUTTON THAT I PusheD THAT YOU KnOW of?
absolutely the most obnoxious thing I have had to deal With.

Any ideas?

Don't Panic!

Try in safe mode,if problem didnt occur in safemode,Uninstall all newly
programs and disable suspicious startup items.You may also try system
restore to restore your computer to nearest working point.

Turn the keyboard upside down and shake it to get out off the dirt, etc out.

If possible and he's a careful person, remove cover from keyboard and blow
out the remaining particles.
