Capacity Planning

Greetings,

I am working on a Windows 2000 server deployment. My
server has (2)Xeon CPUs with 2GB of memory and 100MB RAID
5 Array. It is likely that up to 200 users will be
logging into this single DC. This server will be running
Exchange 200 for the same amount of users. File and print
sharing will be handled by this machine also.

Any ideas for a max. number of users for a single 2000
server? While running Exchange 2000? Are there any case
studies or capacity planning tools out there? Thanks in
advance.
