Everything has been running fine and dandy these last few days.
However, for some reason, I now occasionally get an error message and
my screen reverts to "basic".
In the settings, I can still enable Aero. However, when I go into
Theme, it shows as "modified". I change it to Vista, but I click OK
and nothing changes. I go back into it and Modified is showing again.
The result is that the desktop background only lets me select solid
colours. There may be other implications but I haven't unearthed them
yet.
My card is a Geforce 7600 and I have the latest drivers. Any ideas
what may be causing this and how to rectify it? Thanks.
