office I can send mails but I can't write any text message in the text

It sounds like you're using Outlook Web Access rather than Outlook 2003.
Are you doing this in a web browser? If so you might try adding the domain
name of your Outlook Web Access server to your Trusted Sites list and see if
that helps.

Otherwise, you may want to post this in the
microsoft.public.exchange.clients newsgroup where the Exchange/OWA experts
hang out.

Looks like you're posting from Vista, so...

a) microsoft.public.exchange.clients is the right place
for OWA issues as it is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.

b) You'll want to tell your Exchange administrator to install the hotfix in
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/911829 because you are running
Vista, and that should put the text boxes back on the form.
