I can see this cam with IE 6 but so far not IE 7, it's on the first page of
this site...
anyone have any idea how to fix this? I have already tried updating java...

Judging by the fact that the other cams linked to that site function, and
that one does not, it would seem the feed source is down. Looking at the
site's code, this is where the cam source is...

Would give it some time, and see if the feed returns.
