I also maintain a website and have had comments about
AOLTV and WebTV. I don't think there is a lot we can do
about that. Those devices are kind of their own species.
They can't download updated drives or viewers. You're
stuck with what you have.

If you can find a nice way to tell your friend to get a
real computer rather than a web device, you have a better
vocabulary than I do.

"LOCKS MY FRIEND OUT" doesn't describe any behavior, error messages, or
anything else, as it could mean any number of things. Pretend we know
