I am using Outlook 2003. I have received several messages in which the
sender has pasted a screen print. What I receive is a large empty box with a
red "X" in the upper right hand corner. Several of my colleagues, also using
2003 are able to see the screen print.

Any ideas of a setting that might be cauing the problem
