If unsuccessful with those steps, you might try disabling third-party
toolbars, ad-blockers, etc.
Might not help, but can't hurt...
Clear the IE cache. IE> Tools> Internet Options> General> Delete files (and
delete offline content when that dialog pops up) Set the size of the TIF
folder to 50-60 MB (Settings.)
