Hi - I've had this problem pop up recently, where, during a presentation,
certain graphics don't display. All I get is a grey box with a little x in
the upper corner. Once when I clicked on it, it retrieved a graph (I don't
know if it was PPT or Excel), but with the rest of them, nothing happened.
This happened with 2-3 presentations now. I am wondering, is it file or
graphic size? is it PPT version compatibility? is it viewer memory? or the
fact that most were on a USB flash drive (but not all)?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

One thing that will cause this is if you have inserted the pictures as links
and the links are broken (for example, the original picture is no longer
where it was when you linked it). You might need to re-insert the pictures
and, this time, insert them into the file instead of inserting links to the
pictures.
