Can't View Flah Animations

I can't view flash animations in Internet Explorer. I
can view them in Netscape and various other programs.
I've been to the Macromedia site and followed all the
suggestions there several times with no success. I've
heard of many people with the same problem and it seems
to be an Internet Explorer specific issue. Anyone heard
of a solution?
