When I go to a website and I want to check the source
code and try to right click and then click View Source
and I go to the top menue bar and go to the view menu and
clcik source. Nothing happens. Any ideas?

1) Check the you have an HTML editor selected under Internet Options>
Programs.
2) Use Internet Options> General> Temporary Internet Files> Delete Files,
then try View Source again.
