Can't view the dependencies tab

When i'm clicking the dependencies tab from any of the
services, i get following message:

Win32: The dependency service does not exist or has been
marked for deletion.

In the System Log is following message:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: DCOM
Event Category: None
Event ID: 10005
Description:
DCOM got error "The dependency service does not exist or
has been marked for deletion. " attempting to start the
service WinMgmt with arguments "" in order to run the
server:
{8BC3F05E-D86B-11D0-A075-00C04FB68820}


And the Windows Management Instrumentation can't be
started. My System is Windows 2000 Server SP3.
