did a clean install of XP on my mother-in-laws computer, everything seemed
fine.... Later she loaded some of her other software, Zone Alarm Pro
included, nothing else web related... then she went to a local TV stations
website to load weather bug and the site didn't come up and no other site
would come up after that until she rebooted. Once rebooting, websites come
up fine until you go to the TV stations website,
www.kcbd.com ....I came
back over, uninstalled zone alarm, no help...after booting, I could go to
any website I could think of just fine until I went to
www.kcbd.com then
nothing comes up, error message says search page could not be opened...I
tried going to another TV stations website,
www.abc28.com , same thing,
nothing worked after that....Both sites are designed by the same people,
worldnow... After things stop working, I tried going to google via ip
address, still doesn't work.... I can ping out, but no pages come up. I
don't know that Zone Alarm had anything to do with it, we didn't try to go
to this site before zone alarm was installed.
Anybody have a clue what to do?????
