Can't use task on Outlook 2003

Hi
I use outllok 2003 with all patch from "Microsoft update" site.
I've a big problem. When I send or receive a task, if I clik on "accept" or
"refuse" Outllok don't make any action ad so I can't use task
Anyone can help me
