We have windows XP professional. When we go online we
are unable to type into dialogue boxes and fill in
information such as names, email addresses, etc.. It is
like the keyboard is hijacked. It will take a few
letters, then go to caps for no reason, or just stop
registering the keystrokes. Hence, we have a really hard
time doing anythin on line. The keyboard works fine when
not online. This happens about 1/2 the time we try to
use the net. ANY HELP OUT THERE? We use Roadrunner, if
that helps.

Go to Start > Help and Support and type: TEXT , and hit enter.
Click on the Task titled: "Turn text services off or on". You need
to "turn off" Text Services.
