The message says "MSN Messenger", and it offers to take
me to the MSN messenger upgrade page, not Windows
Messenger.
I have a nasty little problem with Windows Messenger and
wonder if that is the problem with Outlook. MSN
Messenger works fine, but Windows Messenger won't load.
