Can't use FTP with Windows XP firewall

Hi All,

With Windows XP Pro, SP2, firewall on, I can not access FTP servers;
as soon as I turn the firewall off, I can access all the FTP servers I
need.

Can anyone help, PLEASE?

add port 21 to your firewall exception list

I did, and can't see any diference.

Besides, should port 21 be configured for TCP, or for UDP use?
