If the host is Unix/Linux based and running the latest version of the FP2002
extensions, then you can not use FP98 to connect to or publish, you either
have to upgrade to FP2000, FP2002 or FP2003 (requires Windows 2000 or Window
XP) or you have switch to a Windows IIS based web host if you want to still
keep on using FP98.
