I have connected the digital camera and the wizard pops
up. When I choose to "Copy pictures to a folder on my
computer" XP goes off to collect these but reurn with the
message "The scanner and camera wizard cannot operate on
this device because some of its files and folders may be
secured by windows. To work with pictures on this device,
click start, click My Computer, and then double-click the
device". If I do this I cannot see any files on this
devices to copy. I have plugged this camera into another
XP machine (also Sp1) and this works absolutely fine!?!
The PC is logged in with a local admin account with a
password, all files and folder options are enabled. The
only obvious difference is the working PC is joined to a
domain.
Any thoughts gratefully accepted.
