Can't upload on my LAN and Internet

Hi all!!
I have a problem and I don't know how I can fix it; I have a small LAN :
- desktop A- Win xp- with a printer
- laptop B - win xp -

they are both plugged into a d-link 504 router and this is plugged to my
adsl line.

I can use internet on both pc, use emails and stuffs like these, BUT my
laptop B can not:

- upload a file to the desktop A
- send an email with attachement
- use any kind of form that implies uploading ( I can not put my resume on a
webpage..) on internet
- print documents using the desktop A's printer

Sometimes, when I reconfigure my LAN ( using a floppy as the WINXP procedure
suggests) I can do these operations for a while but, after something (time?
software operation?..) everything still goes wrong.
Notice that if I use another email software ( eudora instead of outlook) I
can send attachements but still can not upload files on my desktop or print
documents...

Is there something wrong with some Microsoft parameters of my WInXps or
what?

these are some DOS lines from my laptop, EFFE ( 192.168.0.2) ; desktop is
GIU( 192.168.0.4) and router is 192.168.0.1

SORRY, they are in Italian but I think you can easily understand :-)
