What version of Outlook? What version of Outlook did you use when you
created the pst file?
Assuming the pst is not "full" (a possible problem only with pst created in
outlook 2002 and earlier), delete the forms cache -
http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/formscache.htm - and reset the view on
the folder.
