Can't Unset Password

Hi Guys,

I have a database that I made in Access 2000. I put a password to open on
it using the tools security set password. Now I don't need a password on it
and I am trying to unset it. Other times I have been able to unset
passwords by opening up the database in the exclusive mode. That option is
grey and not available. I went into control panel and think I enabled all
of the features from access. I selected "Run all from my computer" from all
of the options in there. How do I enable this feature?

Thanks,
Linda

Oh Dear, that was a confusing explanation.....the option that is gray and
unavailable is the "unset password'. I am able to open it exclusively but
can't unset the password.

Thanks,
Linda

Hi Linda,

You can always create a new database and import all the objects from the
old one.
