I'm speaking of the view where the navigation pane is gone and you have a
page with a style, like an HTML page. I think a Summer and Winter sytle is
available. When checking on the folders to be included, the Search Folders
do not appear. I would like to have an UNREAD MAIL count listed with the
defaul Inbox, Drafts and Outbox. Anyway to do this? Thanks much!

Yup, but only through the registry. Close Outlook before making any changes.

For Outlook 2007 that would be;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\Today\Folders

For Outlook 2003 that would be;
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Today\Folders

Create a new String Value through;
Edit-> New-> String Value

Name it the next number in order. Then double click it to give it the value;
search folders\Unread Mail

Now when you start Outlook it will show the Search folder in the Outlook
Today page.

Thank you greatly! How cool to know answers to things like that. It worked
smooth as "budda." Using the 2003 instructions.
