cant uninstall programs! help, why!?

How did you "delete" these programs/games? Using the Add/Remove (the
uninstaller) or deleting the directory (folder) for these games?

i installed call of duty 2 and fable, both pc games for anyone who
doesnt know, and i deleted them and everything off the computer but it
still shows up in my "add/remove programs" screen in control panel.
how do i get my computer to get rid of these things? i already tried
doing a search. nthanks in advance.
