Cant uncollate printing jobs

recently migrated from novel to server 2003. trying to
print uncollated from an XP machine and it comes out
collated. same result from win2000 pro. prints fine
from win9x. tried everything i could think of, up to and
including reformating, and still no luck. any
suggestions??

p.s. prints fine from all OS while logged into the
novell server.
