Hi! I have winxp with IE7 and pentium 4, but the last few days when I try to
type in a window on the internet, (like a log-in window) it remains blank,
and the typing won't take.

I have cleaned the computer and restarted a few times, but this doesn't fix
it.

I have not installed any thing lately, and don't know what else to do to
handle it.

I would be really grateful if any one can suggest a fix for this please.

Gee! I feel a bit silly here! Just discovered that I had the number lock on,
is why no numbers would type in log-in windows etc. blush!
