I recently bought a new laptop with Windows Vista. I can access my work
email via Web Outlook Access just fine, but I cannot type anything in the
body of the email. I can attach files, I can do anything but it will not
allow me to type anything other than in the subject box. Please help! I've
tried everything I know.

Tell your Exchange administrator that you're using IE7/Vista and you need
them to apply the http://support.microsoft.com/default...b/911829/en-us
hotfix
so that you can use OWA.

For future reference, microsoft.public.exchange.clients is actually the
venue for OWA as OWA is part of Exchange, not part of Outlook.
