Problem:
The following error appears when you are trying to either turn Out of Office
(OoO) on/off:
"The command is not available"
within Outlook 2003.
Solution:
1). Find the following registry key:
HKCU\software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook
2). Right-click the Resiliency subkey
3). Rename to Resiliency.old
4). Quit regedit
5). Start Outlook again
