Can't track down what is causing BSOD whenever I switch users

Ok hopefully someone can help me figure this one out... I am getting a BSOD
when I do a switch user(usually when I do a switch user and then switch
back).
The other weird thing is that i will not BSOD right away after I boot, I
have to wait a little bit(could be 5 or 10 minutes usually) before I can get
it to BSOD.
The error I get is:
Page Fault in Non Paged Area
Stop 0x00000050
(0xE8160304, 0x00000000, 0xBF89A6AF, 0x00000001
WIN32K.SYS Address BF89A6AF Base at bf800000 Datestamp 48ce513a

The other thing I get with the windows error notification is " Product
256_1" but I have no idea how to figure out what that means.

Now the first code in the ( ) sometimes changes but the other three stay the
same. Windows sends the error report after I reboot but all it tells me is
that there is a driver that is having an issue but I don't know what exactly
is conflicting with win32k.sys.

What I have done... I have gone into msconfig and disabled a bunch on non
critical services as well as startup items I do not need and the problem
"seemed" to go away...so I started bringing them back one by one, rebooting,
waiting 5-10 minutes and then switching users to see if it would bluescreen.
I have done this multiple times to no avail because the computer starts to
want to wait longer before it will blue screen so by the time it bluescreens
on me I have gone past whatever item it was and I have to start over.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
