Can't Toggle Between Profiles

's Computer Specifications

In order to change profiles, whoever is using the computer has to log out
completely before another user can log on. If I try to toggle between
profiles the screen goes black. The cursor still moves, but I have to
restart the computer because the black screen will not go away. Anyone have
any experience with t his problem?

I have same problem, but the screen is XP colored blue(not BlueScreen blue)
